Abstract
The Corona Virus or commonly known as Covid 19 is Currently hitting Indonesia and even in the world. The Corona virus has claimed many victims and has even died. Many media are reporting about the emergenct situation during this Corona pandemic. The research aim to determine the frame of detik.com and tirto.id for news about government policies in dealing with the corona virus. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with the framing analysis study approach of Robert N. Entman. Data collection was carried out by collecting news post discussing the corona virus which were published in the online media detik.com and tirto.id on 24 March to 24 April. In this study, the researches concluded that the news from Detik.com emphasizes to always invite the public to apply the rules of the government, while tirto.id is more about how the government makes regulations and tirto.id is more critical in presenting news.
