Abstract
This research aims to analyze and determine the influence of Regional Original Income (PAD), Balancing Funds and Capital Expenditures on the Economic Growth of Regency/City Governments in the Gatekertosusila Area in 2017-2021. This study uses a quantitative approach. Sampling uses the Saturated Sampling method. The data used consists of: GRDP to determine the Economic Growth of Regency/City Governments in the Gatekertosusila Area in 2017-2021, the data was obtained from the BPS website of East Java Province. Budget Realization Report data was obtained from the official website of the Regency/City Government in the Gatekertosusila Area 2017-2021. Data analysis used in the research used multiple linear analysis. Based on the research results, it shows that regional original income, balancing funds and capital simultaneously influence economic growth in the Pintukertosusila area. From the results of the t test, Partial Regional Original Income (PAD) and Capital Expenditures have an influence on Economic Growth in the Gatekertosusila Area, while the Balancing Fund has no influence on Economic Growth in the Gatekertosusila Area. Based on the results of the Coefficient of Determination Test, it appears that a small portion of the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable, while the majority is influenced by other factors not investigated in this study.
