Abstract
Efisiensi Heat Exchanger-02 sebesar 76,81%. Nilai pressure drop shell and tube berturut-turut adalah 0.00039 psi dan 0,00049 psi, nilai tersebut masih di bawah batas yang ditentukan yaitu 10 psi. Nilai dirt factor (Rd) 0.7826 hr.ft2.oF/Btu, nilai ini sedikit melebihi ambang batas yang telah ditentukan 0.003 hr.ft2.oF/Btu, disebabkan adanya kerak/deposit yang menempel pada dinding tube. Nilai efisiensi, pressure drop, dan dirt factor (Rd) membuktikan bahwa heat exchanger-02 masih layak untuk digunakan pada unit kilang PPSDM Migas Cepu, namun tetap perlu pengawasan terhadap keberadaan kerak yang terdapat di dalam heat exchanger agar efisiensi dapat berjalan dengan sempurna
