Abstract
Pharmaceutical sector companies are a sub-sector of the consumer goods industry. The occurrence of the COVID-19 pandemic requires many pharmaceutical sector companies to supply various kinds of medicines, so that in that year this company was able to survive by experiencing significant profit growth compared to other companies. One way to predict company profit growth is to use financial ratios. This study aims to test and prove empirically the effect of Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Return on Asset on Earnings Growth. The population in this study is pharmaceutical sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2020-2022 and obtained a sample of 10 companies with a total of 30 company financial statement data. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. Partial research results show that Current Ratio has a significant positive effect on Profit Growth, Debt to Equity Ratio has no effect on Profit Growth, and Return on Asset has a significant positive effect on Profit Growth.
