Abstract
PG Semboro is owned by PTPN XI with 14 sugar factories spread across East Java region. PG Semboro has been processing carbonation since 2008 PG Semboro increases capacity to 7000 TCD, previously processing 4000 TCD. Sugar at PG Semboro packages sugar in two packages, namely 50 kg packages branded Walini and Nusakita and 1 kg packaging branded GUPALAS and Nusakita. The Semboro Sugar Factory was founded in 1921 by HVA (Handels Vereninging Amsterdam) as a private owner from the Netherlands, with milling capacity of 24,000 quintals of sugar cane every 24 hours. In 1928 the factory was ready and started grinding sugar cane. In 1930 to 1932 the factory started milling with full capacity, with a land area of 2,103 Ha.
