Abstract
Indonesia is already known to have a variety of tours, one of which is culinary tours that show the distinctive taste of each region. The city of Surabaya as the second major city, of course, has its own special foods, such as rujak cingur, rawon, gado-gado, tofu, and mixed tofu. Restaurant "Gado-Gado Arjuna Pak Satumin" is one of the special culinary delights that help enliven Surabaya tourism with food products. This research aims to produce a creative and innovative design for consumers so that it can improve the brand image and brand awareness of Gado-Gado Arjuna. Methods of data collection using the method of observation, interviews, questionnaires, documentation, and literature study. Using visual branding is expected to be able to create a good identity for the company and the public can get to know the restaurant "Gado-Gado Arjuna Pak Satumin" with a good image, fresh quality and distinctive taste.
