Abstract
A house is one of the needs that needs to be considered because it concerns the welfare of society. Likewise, in Magersari village, Plumpang subdistrict, Tuban Regency, the majority of the population has a lower middle economic level. Assistance for Uninhabitable Homes (RTLH) is a program from the government in the form of assistance in the form of funds to be used to repair houses that are categorized as uninhabitable. However, in its implementation, sometimes it is not on target because in Magersari village the assessment still uses manual methods. With almost the same conditions for each resident and minimal aid quotas considering that the aid funds are quite large, there are often subjective assessments and cannot be accounted for with an exact value. This research raises existing issues by using the Fuzzy Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (Fuzzy TOPSIS) calculation method to calculate undefined values so that they can be accounted for mathematically, and is made website-based so that it can be more easily accessed and accurate.
