Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh celebrity endorser dan kepercayaan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Baper Shop Surabaya. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 104 responden warga kota surabaya yang berusia minimal 17 Tahun dan pernah melakukan pembelian di Baper Shop Surabaya. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling berupa accidental sampling. Data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan program SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa celebrity endorser dan kepercayaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Baper Shop Surabaya. Kata Kunci : Celebrity Endorser, Kepercayaan, Keputusan Pembelian
