Abstract
This research aims to test and prove the influence of transparency and accountability as well as community participation on the management of Village Fund Allocations. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used in this research is primary data using questionnaires distributed to village officials. The data collection technique uses purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is structural equation modeling (SEM) with partial least squares (PLS) analysis with the SmartPLS 3.0 application. The research results prove that Transparency and Community Participation contribute positively to the management of village fund allocations in community empowerment, while Accountability does not contribute positively to the management of village fund allocations in Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency.
