Abstract
Oil resources in Indonesia include quite a lot spread in some areas. One of them is in the Cepu area, Blora Regency, Java The middle was first discovered by an engineer from the Netherlands named Andrian Stoop in 1886. The Cepu area is located on the border between Java Central and East Java. Some of the things done at PPSDM MIGAS are Implementation Management of infrastructure facilities and information on human resource development in the field of oil and gas; Monitoring, evaluation and reporting of implementation tasks in the field of Oil and Gas human resource development; and Implementation of the administration of the Center for the Development of Oil Human Resources and Natural Gas as well as providing certification or 6 education and training in the field of oil and gas with standards and accreditation.
