Abstract
UD. Sumekar Pratiwi is one of the agro-industries that produces cassava chips and, in its production, activities experience a problems that make it unable to maximize the benefits obtained. This study aims to 1) analyzed the amount of production costs, revenue, profit, efficiency, 2) Analyze the amount of added value of cassava chips generated by UD. Sumekar Pratiwi. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method and the determination of selected locations used purposive sampling. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is obtained from interviews and observations at the business location. Secondary data is obtained from previous literature studies such as journal books and previous research. The data collection methods using interviews and observation techniques. The analysis used analysis of production cost, revenue, profit, and R/C ratio, analysis of added value using the Hayami method. The results showed that the processing of cassava into cassava chips at UD. Sumekar Pratiwi is profitable and feasible and has high added value. Production costs incurred to make cassava chips amounted to Rp1,196.563, revenue of Rp. 1,500,000, a profit of Rp. 303,437, and an R/C ratio of 1.25. The added value obtained is Rp 18,700/kg with a value-added ratio of 74,8% with a high value-added category. Keyword: Production cost, revenue, profit, R/C ratio, and added value
