Abstract
The East Java Provincial Health Office plays a crucial role in carrying out government affairs in the field of health, such as formulating health policies and their implementation, as well as evaluation and reporting in the health sector, health administration, and the implementation of other functions assigned by the governor related to its duties and functions. The implementation of evaluation and reporting in the health sector requires accuracy, speed, and security in line with the development of information and communication in the digital era. Within the Health Office, there are several sub-sections, one of which is the Budget Development Program (PPA) because the East Java Online Health Information System (SIRS) cannot directly send data related to evaluation and reporting in the health sector to the Central SIRS Online. Therefore, bridging (Bridging) from the East Java SIRS Online to the Central SIRS Online is necessary. The purpose of implementing this Field Work Practice (PKL) is to apply the Bridging Application Programming Interface (API) of the East Java Provincial Health Office's SIRS Online using the CodeIgniter 3 framework, employing the Agile method, which has the capability of developing software based on iterative processes, where agreed rules and solutions are collaboratively executed by each team in an organized and structured manner. We use the Rest API method to implement the API. The result of this PKL is to generate a new experience regarding the implementation using Rest API as the method to develop the existing application to enable data transmission from the East Java Provincial Health Office to the Central Health Office.
