Abstract

ABSTRACT MUHAMMAD IQBAL MUSYADDAD, THE INFLUENCE OF BRAND IMAGE AND SERVICE QUALITY ON CUSTOMER LOYALTY OF COFFEESHOP SINESTESA PATI. Along with the development of companies in the field of food and beverages, various restaurants and cafes have emerged that are increasingly found in various regions. This makes the company must be able to compete with their competitors. Companies are required to provide a good image and service in order to meet customer expectations. This can affect customer loyalty and can attract new customers. This study used quantitative methods and the population in this study amounted to 60 respondents taken from customers of Sinestesa Pati coffeeshop. The analysis methods used are validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis and hypothesis tests. The results of this study can be concluded that brand image and service quality have a positive effect on customer loyalty at Sinestesa Pati coffeeshop. In this study, it was found that the brand image variable did not simultaneously affect the customer loyalty variable at Sinestesa Pati coffeeshop. In contrast to the service quality variable obtained, the result is that the service quality variable simultaneously affects the customer loyalty variable at Sinestesa Pati coffeeshop. As for brand image variables and service quality variables, it was found that these two variables had a partial effect on customer loyalty variables at Sinestesa Pati coffeeshop.
