Abstract
PT. Wahana Tunas Utama Rucika is a company engaged in manufacturing with specialization in the PVC pipe industry. The products produced are AW and D size PVC pipes. PT. Wahana Tunas Utama Rucika is a PVC pipe company that uses a Layout layout, where the production process is based on the order of the product manufacturing process. The production process that occurs at PT. Wahana Tunas Utama Rucika uses a material flow pattern in the production process used is Straight Line starting from raw material to warehouse. Prevention of work accidents can be done by analyzing the potential and hazard factors, then implementing supporting activities, and taking control measures, then it can handle the problems that will occur and how to overcome them. And can follow up if a work accident occurs, in accordance with existing procedures. So that work accidents can be quickly resolved, and victims are treated intensively.
