Abstract
Refugee has become a main concern for countries in Europe, especially Poland. In Poland, they have to assign major refugees coming from conflicted countries in the Middle East and North African Region, not done yet they have to deal with the crisis coming from Ukraine. Refugee issues become a main concern in Poland which has a homogenous societal structure that makes a clash between the identity of local people have with the identity that is brought by the refugee with different social identities. The differences in social identity also construct unwell reactions coming from Poland’s government and community, which create a discrimination treatment such as inclusivity for refugees coming from Ukraine. The treatment that the Ukrainians received from the Poland government and community won’t be equal for the non-Ukrainian refugees. From that, we can take note that identity play a role upon the decision making such as action to maintain national security.
