Abstract
To assess the effect of corporate governance and financial performance on corporate internet reporting, this research was conducted by obtaining 58 companies that included corporate internet reporting disclosures made by companies registered with IDX80 in 2022 as a sample obtained from purposive sampling. This research is a quantitative study with SEM-PLS testing on SmartPLS 4.0 which shows that corporate governance and financial performance have an effect on disclosure of corporate internet reporting. Other results show that corporate governance has a positive effect on financial performance.
