Abstract
This study aims to examine whether the model of online customer review and social media marketing contributes to the purchasing decisions of Official Syllabus customers. In this study, the population is consumers who have made purchases at the Official Syllabus in Surabaya with a sample size of 72 respondents. The data collection method in this study uses a survey method and uses partial least squares as a data analysis tool. From the results of the study it was found that online customer reviews and social media marketing contributed to customer purchasing decisions Official Syllabus, which means that the better the reviews from other customers and marketing efforts through social media, the more likely customers are to make purchasing decisions.
