Abstract
The purpose of this study was to analyze the partnership pattern of the members of the Setia Kawan dairy farming cooperative and to analyze the income levels of the cooperative members, as well as to describe the development strategy of the Setia Kawan Dairy Farming Cooperative. Methods of data analysis in the form of descriptive analysis, income analysis and SWOT analysis. The results showed that the partnership pattern established by the Setia Kawan Setia Kawan Cooperative with its members is an Agribusiness Operational Cooperation (KOA) pattern approach, a partnership pattern mechanism that is established naturally with a trust system without the need for rules or partnership agreement letters. The average total revenue is IDR 14,256,800/month, where the costs incurred are IDR. 10,771,442, -, so that the farmer's income is Rp. 3,485,358,-/month. Alternative strategies used by the cooperative are: developing cow's milk derivative products, and diversifying the business by adding new business partners who can open a variety of businesses in the Setia Kawan Dairy Farming Cooperative.
