Abstract
The Department of Communication and Information of East Java Province (Kominfo Jatim) has a strategic role in providing and disseminating useful information for the people of East Java. Along with the rapid development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the digital era, the East Java Kominfo is one of the regional apparatus of the East Java Provincial Government that carries out the Communication and Information Technology (Kominfo) family, Statistics and Encryption with the implementation of development and the government seeks to develop an Electronic-Based Government System (Electronic-Based Government System). SPBE), so that adequate ICT infrastructure is also needed to support the realization of the implementation of government transparency within the East Java Provincial Government in order to realize the Smart East Java Province development. Based on the description above, a Web-Based Internship Application Application Information System was created with a Case Study: the Department of Communication and Information Technology of East Java Province. The purpose of the design and construction of the system is to help the process of applying for and accepting internships to be more efficient and coordinated. The result of this design is a Web-Based Internship Submission Information System that can be used for registration, online implementation, downloading internship certificates, and assisting the secretariat of the East Java Province Communications and Information Technology Office in managing files or files for prospective apprentices.
