Abstract
Changes in people's lifestyles in meeting their needs is one of the inevitable consequences of the development of information technology accompanied by the existence of the internet. Online marketing and sales, especially through m-commerce, are quite attractive to consumers in this digital era. This is certainly an opportunity for m-commerce developers in Indonesia to compete in providing the best shopping experience for consumers through their applications. One company that has now developed its own m-commerce application is Gramedia. The Gramedia application allows users to shop for products without having to come to Gramedia outlets directly. In order to maximize application implementation so that it better adapts to user expectations, it is necessary to know what are the success factors for Gramedia Applications based on the user's perspective. The purpose of this study is to determine the success factors of the Gramedia Application based on the user's perspective using the ISSM Delone & Mclean model which has been modified by adding usability variables to suit the m-commerce context. A sample of 100 respondents was taken with the criteria of having made a transaction through the Gramedia Application for at least the last 3 months. Then SEM-PLS analysis was performed using SPSS and SmartPLS software. The results of the study show that service quality and usability variables have a direct effect on user satisfaction and continuation intentions. Meanwhile, the information quality variable has a direct effect on user satisfaction, but does not have a direct effect on continuation intentions. Usability is the most influential factor on user satisfaction. Furthermore, user satisfaction has an influence and even the most important influence on continuance intention, seen from the results of hypothesis testing which produces the greatest path coefficient value of 0.370.
