Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of operating cash flow and accounts receivable turnover on the liquidity of food and beverage companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The liquidity referred to in this study is the current ratio. The population of this study is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2018 to 2021 and the number of samples from the study is 22 companies. The analysis used in this research is multiple regression analysis with hypothesis testing using t-test with regression equation Y = 1,779 + 0, 568 X1 – 0,071 X2 + µi. Based on the results of the research, the Operating Cash Flow variable has a t value of 2,781 with a significance level of 0.007 which is smaller than 0.05 and Accounts Receivable Turnover has a t value of -0,691 with a significance level of 0.491 greater than 0.05. It can be concluded that Operating Cash Flow has a positive effect and Accounts Receivable Turnover does not have a positive effect on Liquidity.
