Abstract

The historical development of the Oil and Gas Human Resources Development Center has continued to change its name since the discovery of oil in Cepu until now. Based on history, the development of petroleum in Cepu can be described in three periods, namely the Dutch East Indies era, the Japanese period and the period of independence.
