Abstract
Companies need to evaluate the performance of suppliers to get that according to company criteria. Problems at UD. Morodadi Jaya namely the absence of appropriate criteria and standards to set in supplier selection so that the company does not have supplier performance evaluation. The purpose of this study is to determine the weight of each value the criteria used in returning alternative selection decisions the best supplier at UD. Morodadi Jaya. There are five criteria used, including: availability of goods, price, quality of goods, delivery, service. To get complete data, researchers use methods in the form of interviews and filling out questionnaires. The method used in processing the data in this study are the AHP and TOPSIS methods. Based on data processing using the AHP method produces weights with criteria iv the highest is the availability of goods, followed by the next rank namely delivery, price, quality, service. Then for data processing using TOPSIS it can be seen that the supplier of PT. Prime Aluminum is the most potential supplier. Next alternative priority based on successive rankings.
