Abstract
The role of the government in realizing the vision and continuing infrastructure development in underdeveloped, outermost, and deepest areas implemented in the Village Fund Allocation program originating from the Provincial APBD and Regency / City APBD amounting to 10% of the Regency / City government budget, grants and contributions that are not binding from third parties, etc. used for the development and empowerment of rural communities. This research uses quantitative research methods. The object of this study is accountability, verification, and community participation carried out by village officials in Lamongan Regency. Sampling data in this study using a questionnaire with a purposive random sampling technique, the number of respondents was 49. This research shows how the implementation of village funds in the village has been carried out properly starting from the planning, implementation, and accountability processes because the manager of village funds has been approved in the principles of village financial management related to Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 113 of 2014.
