Abstract
PT. Pemenang Jaya Tissue is a company that has a production process products require a warehouse (inventory). Production management on the company if it is considered less than optimal as an indication that there are several raw materials that accumulate so that the warehouse is full because it is necessary doing production system planning in the inventory control section 3 to control inventory so that there is no buildup or shortage raw materials for production. for that use Data collection, Determining Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), Determining safety stock, and Determining the reoder point. paper pulp raw materials, namely the number of orders economy (EOQ) for paper pulp raw material, which is 2387 Kg each time order in the following year with the frequency of reordering paper raw materials pulp that is for 9 times and the number of days of reordering for 34 days. For Safety stock (Safety Stock) of paper pulp raw materials obtained as much as 159 kg. (Reorder Point) the raw material is paper pulp, then the company must place an order for paper pulp returned when the paper pulp inventory in the warehouse was 1232 Kg.
