Abstract
Addressing aesthetics could not be divided from art as activities and knowledge. However, aesthetics also really needs to be discussed further as one of the very essential things of humanity. Aesthetics is a situation, event, and bodily phenomenon that places humans as a separate definition of the existence of other creatures. Aesthetics is a long record from human birth to death through stories and meanings. Aesthetics is not born from an object, but humans who provide a sense to objects through embodied experience which are then felt again through other bodily situations. Aesthetics is one of knowledge among much other knowledge based on the sense, which is sought by humans to make human existence and presence meaningful. The rationale comes after situations, events, and phenomena happened, and also appears when humans look for answers and meaning. Comparing, looking for cause and effect, measuring, and knowing regularity is the human mind in carrying out rationale. Norms, values, beliefs, ethics, rules, standards, and forms are part of the rationale. One manifestation of the sense of logic is the perception that arises from the human sensing and reasoning systems. Sometimes, fear, happiness, and sadness appear as a tendency to frame reality even though it has not met being. Perception becomes a thing that exists to shape a meaning. Humanity asked for autonomy over everything that happens to them, including artistic work. Does meaning have a very strong relationship to the rationale? Does meaning have a corelation between sense and rational explanation that gives a sense of logic? Answering this problem, this article wants to discuss one manifestation of the sense of reason that arises from the work of human sensing and human reasoning systems. The method used to answer this problem is to adopt an action research approach by focusing on tindak kelas research in the Apresiasi Seni course. The output of the answer is a teaching method and a collection of materials that could be used to carried out online or offline class.
