Abstract
This research is based on the phenomenon of the Role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Mandiri Sejahtera Business in the Management of Hippam in Kesamben Village Wetan, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency so that Bumdes and Hippam become Business Entities and Achievement Programs at the district and provincial levels. The purpose of this study is to find out about the role of State-Owned Enterprises Village (BUMDES) Independent Prosperous Enterprises in the management of Hippam in the Village Kesamben Wetan, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency. The focus of the study in this study is the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in Hippam Business organization, and the role of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) in carry out activities and business development, namely Hippam operations. The research method used in this research is qualitative, data used are primary data and secondary data, the data source is through words – words/deeds, written sources, photos and statistical data. As for the collection technique data using interview, observation, literature study, and documentation methods which is then analyzed by means of data collection, data reduction, presentation of data, and drawing conclusions with a research focus using Soekanto's role theory, Gresik Regency Regulation Number 7 of 2007 concerning Formation and Management of Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES), service theory Moenir and Syafiie's policy theory. The results of this study indicate that the role of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Mandiri Sejahtera Business in the Management of Hippan in Kesamben Village Wetan, Driyorejo District, Gresik Regency is very good.
