Abstract

Shopee is one of the E-commerce in Indonesia whose development can be said to be quite fast. As one of the largest e-commerce sites in Indonesia, Shopee continues to take pictures to give satisfaction to its users. One of the newest service features launched by Shopee is Shopee Food. Based on the level of use of the Shopee application in Indonesia as well as increasing online shopping activities carried out by Surabaya residents, researchers want to know the level of community decisions, especially in food using Shopee Food in Surabaya. The indicator used in this study is the type of giving vouchers to customers as an independent variable. This is because to find out how much the community wants in determining the decision to use the Shopee Food application if various attractive customer vouchers are provided This study uses multiple linear regression method, to determine the effect of advertising creativity that has been done by Shopee on purchasing decisions on the Shopee application and to find out the most effective strategy that has been implemented. The results obtained are the influence of advertising creativity on purchasing decisions in the XYZ E-commerce application, the multiple linear regression model Y = 0.705 + 0.127X1 + 0.228X2 + 0.015X3 + 0.266X4 + 0.284X5. it means that the effect of discount vouchers for food packages at certain restaurants (X5) of 28.4% has the greatest influence then a discount of Rp. 150,000 for Rp. 1 with the use of the system worth Rp. 10,000 with 12x transactions and Rp.30,000 with 1x transaction (X4) of 26.6% followed by a 60% discount voucher with a maximum discount of Rp. 25,000 and a minimum purchase of Rp. 40,000 (X2) of 22.8%, then a free shipping voucher with a maximum of Rp. 9000 (X1) has an effect of 12.7%, and finally a 50% and 30% discount voucher with a maximum discount of Rp. 18.0000 and a minimum purchase of Rp. 40,000 (X3) at 1.5%.
