Abstract
Factory of Calcium Chloride from Calcite and Hydrochloric Acid using the Hydrochlorination Process with a capacity of 30,000 tons/year, planned to be established in the area of Jl. Krakatau Steel Industrial Area, Purwakarta District, Cilegon City, Banten. In the cement industry, Calcium Chloride is used as an alkali reducing agent. In addition, Calcium Chloride It can also be used as a drying agent and increases paper strength in the paper and pulp industry, and a solute removal agent in solution hydrocarbons. The factory will operate 330 days a year.
