Abstract

The development of the current economy that intensified and made many home industry making competition in the bag home industry become very sharp and tight. One of them is made products unique and exciting to follow the times coupled with the applications which are not usual in order to achieve the satisfaction of the public as consumers in using a very bag craft products It is important to life. Kiky Collection bags home industry is moving home industry in the field of crafts. Research activities carried out at the Collection located in Kiky the way Attorney General Suprapto gang 8 h No. 22, RT 003 004, RW, Kelurahan Sidokumpul, Gresik, Gresik. The researchers chose the location of the research in the Collection because home Kiky the industry engaged in a craft bag where the bag used by any people from the young to the old, for women and men, and in any activity bag always used because its function is also functional. Technique of data analysis in this study is the information in the form of qualitative narratives produced deep in the interview (in depth interview) and a detailed questionnaire relating to the marketing strategies of Kiky Collection in Indonesia for compete with the use of the analysis of the marketing strategies that will then be taken to a conclusion the SWOT. Strategies that can be applied is to maintain the price of products sold can still compete, maintaining cooperation with the supplier of cheap and valuable, providing a quality service to our customers and provide quality products good for boosting sales increase promotional activities that are increasingly widely so that the brand of the product may be better known to consumers. Key words: SWOT analysis, strategy in the field of marketing and Home industry
