%X Educational institutions play a vital role in producing graduates equipped with the expertise and skills necessary to compete in the workforce. To produce competent, job-ready graduates, these institutions must adapt to technological advancements and industry demands. Higher education institutions are crucial in educating and developing competent human resources who possess a sense of responsibility; this development must align with the ever-evolving needs of the industry. Demonstrating this commitment, the Chemical Engineering Study Program at Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” East Java—an institution focused on science and technology—strives to equip students with industry-relevant competencies through field internship programs. These internships offer students a valuable opportunity to apply classroom theory within a real-world work environment. By bridging the gap between academia and industry, internships enable students to develop practical skills, broaden their perspectives, and gain experience relevant to their field of study. The program aims to foster and enhance key skills such as teamwork, problem-solving, time management, decision-making, and other essential abilities. Based on this, I am submitting an application to undertake a field internship at PT. Bahan Daesang Indonesia.
