The family is the smallest unit of society, and the role of the family is very important for the sociobiological development of children, both sons and daughters. Parents are faced with the dilemma of sex education for their children, especially teenage girls, during puberty. In Eastern culture which generally considers sexual talk taboo, there seems to be an obstacle for parents to teach about this topic. Likewise, for teenage girls, the reluctance to ask questions due to the taboo stigma by the community regarding sexual education becomes another hindrance for them to ask their parents about such topics. During puberty, teenage girls experience significant changes both physically and psychologically. Some of the signs of puberty such as enlarged breasts, hair growth in the armpits and feminine area, and menstruation are experienced by teenage girls during this period. An important part of sex education is the introduction of reproductive organ health. It is a personal activity to maintain the cleanliness and health of sex organs to avoid diseases. The thought that adolescence is free from sexually transmitted diseases can lead to neglect of reproductive organ hygiene. This is also sustained by the lack of education about the subject by parents, schools, and the media. The design of this educational media seeks to answer these problems so that it can be used by both parents and teenage girls to learn about the health of reproductive organs. Keywords: Educational media, reproductive organ health, adolescent, sex education
