Abstract
Metaverse is a virtual world in an internet network that is connected to a community where people can meet, play and work using the required hardware facilities. In this virtual world, there are visual communication elements that are created as processes, information and persuasion as a result of visual communication design work. In line with these developments, adaptive visual communication design education provides a conception of curriculum development as an effort to produce good human resources in accordance with the achievements of graduates of this new world. The method used is a study from various research sources, both from research and from the thoughts of other authors. This paper seeks to see the responsibilities of the Visual Communication Designer profession in accordance with work standards and norms in accordance with the 2016 SKKNI for Graphic Design and Visual Communication Design as a basic reference for making curriculum by the government.
