Abstract
This research aims to determine the influence of accountability, transparency, and organizational commitment to the performance of regional agency in South Central Timor Regency. The type of data used in this study is quantitative. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The population in this study were all employees in 27 agencies in South Central Timor Regency. The samples in this study were the Heads of Government Agencies and Treasurers in each Regional agency in South Central Timor Regency. The sample selection method uses purposive sampling. The statistical method used to test the hypothesis is multiple inear regression analysis. The results showed that (1) accountability had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Government Agencies in South Central Timor Regency, (2) transparency had a significant negative effect on the performance of regional agencies in the South Central Timor Regency, (3) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant effect on performance regional agencies in South Central Timor Regency.
