Abstract

One of the universities that have used LMS is the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo through their mobile-based application called Elearning UMSIDA. The UMSIDA E-learning application is one of the LMS implemented by the Muhammadiyah University of Sidoarjo to support the teaching and learning process so that it is easier and can be done online. However, in its application, the UMSIDA E-learning application cannot be separated from shortcomings that make the application less attractive to students. Some of these problems cause students to prefer other alternative applications to support their learning activities which causes these applications to not be used optimally. Therefore, this study is aimed at knowing and analyzing the factors that influence student acceptance of the UMSIDA Elearning application using the modified TAM model. The number of research samples used is as many as 385 students and the data obtained will be analyzed using the SEM-PLS technique through the SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that Accessibility, Perceived Ease of Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Computer Self-efficacy significantly affected the acceptance of the UMSIDA E-learning application.
