Abstract
Before going public, the company must go through a process called an initial public offering (IPO). At the time of the IPO, a condition that often occurs is underpricing. Underpricing is considered detrimental to the company because the company does not get the maximum profit. Researchers conducted this study to see the effect of EPS, DER, Industrial EPS, Industrial DER, Inflation and BI7DRR on stock underpricing. Secondary data is obtained through the website of the Indonesia Stock Exchange, Bank Indonesia, investing.com and idnfinancials.com. Data processing was carried out using the SPSS version 26 application with multiple linear regression analysis. Simultaneously, stock underpricing was influenced by all the variables in the study. Meanwhile, in part, BI7DRR has a significant positive influence on underpricing. Underpricing of shares is not affected by other variables namely EPS, DER, Industrial EPS, Industrial DER and Inflation.
