Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the influence of motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia (2) the effect of motivation on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia (3) the effect of work environment on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia (4) the effect of work discipline on employee performance at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia. This research method using quantitative methods. The population in this study were employees of PT. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut. The sampling technique using saturation sampling, which took the entire sample of 85 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analyzes. Based on these results that Fcount that H0 rejected and H1 accepted so that it can be concluded that the independent variable Motivation (X1), Work Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) had a significant influence on dependent variable employee performance (Y) at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia. The result of the tcount Motivation is H0 rejected and H1 accepted, this means that the Motivation (X1) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia. The result of the tcount Work Environment is H0 rejected and H1 accepted, this means Work Environment (X2) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT. Yamaha Musical Product Indonesia. While the results of the tcount Work Discipline is H0 rejected and H1 accepted, this means Work Discipline (X3) partially significant effect on employee performance (Y) at PT.
