Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of knowledge on financial management behavior in leather companies in Magetan, to determine the effect of financial attitudes on financial management behavior of leather companies in Magetan Regency, and to determine the influence of personality on financial management behavior of leather companies in Magetan Regency. The research method uses a quantitative approach. The total population is 195 people. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and observation. The analysis technique uses Partial Least Squere (PLS). Knowledge contributes to Magetan leather entrepreneurs in shaping good financial management behavior. Not only knowledge but financial attitudes and personality contribute to financial management behavior, this is very important because a business actor has financial knowledge, has a strong financial attitude and personality to be able to maintain his business. Everything will be realized if you show good financial management behavior. Financial management behaviors such as budget management, and budget planning in managing finances are needed to be successful in maintaining and developing a business.
