Abstract
Today's global competition has resulted in the world of work in dire need of resources human resources who are used to thinking forward, intelligent, innovative and able to work with high enthusiasm in facing the progress of the times. Various organizations trying to improve the performance of all elements in the organization with the goals of the organization's life. Human Resources which in this case are employees in an organization, of course trying work to the best of their abilities in order to achieve high performance desired organization. There are still problems in terms of performance making it a top priority this research. This study aims: 1.) To determine the effect of motivation on the performance of the Celukan Bawang Packing Plant employees of PT Semen Tonasa; 2.) To find out the effect of work discipline on the performance of Packing Plant employees Celukan Bawang PT Semen Tonasa. The data used is primary data, namely data collected through questionnaires distributed to employees Celukan Bawang Packing Plant PT Semen Tonasa which opened 55 employees and the sample used was 55 respondents. Likert scale is used as measurement. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling technique. While the analysis used is Partial Least Square (PLS). Results The hypothesis testing carried out shows that: 1.) Motivation has an effect positive and significant impact on employee performance; 2.) Work discipline matters positive and significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Work Discipline, Employee Performance, Motivation
