Abstract
The author wants to know the level of student personal financial management which is influenced by attitudes with financial knowledge as a moderating. The research method used in this study is the quantitative method. The undergraduate students of the UPN "Veteran" East Java Management Study Program were selected by the authors to be the population of this study. The method of proportionate stratified random sampling was chosen by the researcher as a sampling technique with 108 students as respondents. The questionnaire is a data collection method used in this study. The analysis and data processing technique used Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 7.0 software. which produces information that money attitude significantly affects personal financial management behavior and proves that financial knowledge can moderate the influence of these two variables.
