Abstract
A letter is a means of communication written by another party who aims to convey an information notification of the meaning of the message has been created by a sender. Problems that often occur in a letter archiving is the ease with which the letter is lost or damaged by Therefore, in the management of filing letters, it must be done properly and Correct. This research was made with the aim of dealing with problems in archiving letters at SMA Antarctica Sidoarjo to be more effective in the process data storage and retrieval by Antarctica High School Administration officers Sidoarjo. With the creation of an information system for incoming mail, outgoing mail can be more make it easier to process letters at SMA Antarctica Sidoarjo the. So that the processing of letters at the school can be computerized well. The information system is made using the PHP programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database. The final result of this research is an incoming mail information system outgoing mail (E-Archive) which serves to make it easier for administrative officers in managing mail data so that it is well organized.
