Abstract
Indonesia is one of the countries with a large population diverse livelihoods, abundant natural resources and human resources potential. Indonesia in its development continues to follow progress globalization and bring about change, not only technology, education, health, but also in the economy. Students as the next generation must understand managing finances wisely as growth and development financial prosperity now and in the future. Financial Management Behavior (Financial management behavior) is one of the one measure of student success in dealing with their finances. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control on financial management behavior. Population in the study were students who received the UPN Smart Indonesia Card East Java "veterans". Sampling technique using the sample method random sampling obtained 93 respondents using the slovin formula. Data that used in research is primary data which is data from the results of questionnaire. This research uses Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis technique. From the results of the study stated that financial knowledge, financial attitude, and locus of control have a significant positive effect on financial Management Behavior.
