Abstract

Real technological advances to help and improve service of an agency to the community. SIMVONI is a form of IT investments designed with the goal of helping improve performance in management of museum information to its collections in order to maintain its existence museum visits in the midst of a pandemic. The purpose of this research is to find out factors that affect gene z in the acceptance of SIMVONI applications with using the Technology Acceptance Model approach. The model used in This study is the result of a modification of the previous model with the addition of the variable information quality that has been developed earlier by Syed Abdul 6 variables, namely intention to use, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social norms, perceived enjoyment, and user experience. So that in this study there are 7 variables consisting of intention to use, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, social norms, perceived enjoyment, user experience, and information quality. Data type used is primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires through social media. From these data were analyzed using the help of software SmartPLS 4. The results show that there are 6 out of 9 hypotheses that have an effect significant, namely the perceived usefulness of the intention to use with the value of t-statistics 3.751, perceived ease of use of perceived benefits with a t-statistic value of 4.765, social norms on intention to use with a t-statistic value of 5,829, perceived enjoyment on intention to use with a t-statistic value of 6239, user experience of perceived ease of use with a t-statistic value of 10.165, and the quality of information on perceived benefits with a t-statistic value of 7.029. While the most important factor influencing user acceptance of SIMVONI is the perceived enjoyment, This is because the perceived pleasure has the greatest path coefficient value that is 0.336 compared to other variables. This is due to the use of the application SIMVONI enjoys the fun of virtual browsing with the support of the following features: attractive so that users feel comfortable and can shape the experience and positive attitude of acceptance.
