Abstract
ABSTRACT Liquid waste is the remaining waste of production or domestic activity that is liquid. Liquid waste can be water and other waste ingredients mixed (tersuspension) maupub soluble in water. The purpose of this research is to provide information about the effectiveness of the immobilized resin photo catalyst TiO2 and ZnO in the process of photocatalytic degradation of degradated toxic compounds (%). Sidoarjo Regency is a district in Eastern Java Povinsi. This research was conducted in the factory tofu Muncul, Surabaya and home batik industry in Tanjung Bumi District, Bangkalan, Madura. The method used in this research is a reflux method for COD test parameters, UV-Vis spectrophotometer methods for UV254 test parameters and Spectroscopy Atomic Absorption methods for Crom (Cr parameters test). The results of the influence of the variation of RIP¬ZnO are 1; 2; 3. In the same scale for the waste of batik and waste knows to have higher variations namely reaching 75.56% for dosage of 15 grams to 15 hours. In the waste of batik and waste knows at a dose of 15 grams to 15 hours with a result of 77,89%. The influence of variations to the decrease in UV254 concentration for the waste batik has a contril variation of 57,65% at a dose of 15 grams to 15 hours and waste knows with a result of 73,06% at a dose of 15 grams to 15 hours. The control variation of the decrease in the concentration of Crom (Cr) the results obtained is 73.06% at a dose of 15 grams to 15 hours for the waste of batik. COD and UV254 high-cleaning is obtained in batik waste and waste knows to have the lowest value. Keywords: Liquid Waste, Photocatalyst Immobilized Resin, Industrial Waste
