Abstract
The development of technology in modern times is getting faster every year. The development of internet users affects people's lifestyles that change because they are affected by these technological developments, including one of them is in business activities. Internet business network facilities become limitless because it can be done anywhere and anytime. This is of course a good business opportunity for some parties who make this opportunity by creating an online store as part of E-commerce. Trust has been considered important and is one of the critical factors in online transactions. E-commerce contains more uncertainty and risk compared to non-online or conventional purchases. In E-commerce, activities are carried out between sellers and buyers without meeting each other at the time of the transaction. The research model used in this study was SEM and this research was distributed to Surabaya residents with a total of 100 respondents. The results of the analysis show that the factors that can hinder buying interest in E-commerce in Surabaya consist of Integrity, Benevolence, Competency, Purchase intentions, Firm's image, Price awareness, and Intentions to trust.
