Abstract
User experience in using a product or service is important. Especially in ILMU e-learning which is one of the learning facilities, this is done to increase user enthusiasm for e-learning and provide a good learning space. This study aims to find out what are the priorities for improvement based on the Heart Metrics measurement tool. Data was collected using a proportionate stratified simple random sampling approach. After the data is collected, the validity and reliability of the statement items are tested and using Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) where the results of the study show that there is a difference between perception and expectation (gap) which has a negative value where the perception value is smaller than expectations with the largest gap value being in the variable. Task Success where the suitability rate of 92.30% can be said if the ILMU e-learning has not reached user expectations, especially on the Task Success variable. With this research, the manager can assist the manager in developing SCIENCE e-learning to be better as expected by users. Keywords: e-learning; user experience; Importance Performance Analysis
