Abstract
System Usability Scale (SUS) is a questionnaire that can be used to measure the usability of computer systems according to the subjective point of view of the user. This research began with interviews with students of the International Relations study program. The website of the International Relations study program has features that are not complicated and easy to understand, but the information provided is sometimes still unclear so it requires a re-explanation regarding the information on the website. Therefore, this study conducted a measurement and evaluation of the International Relations website using the SUS model. Based on 85 respondents who were taken, usability analysis on the website of the international relations study program showed that the results of the SUS score were 53, were included in the acceptable category. The validity test shows that the Rcount is greater than the Rtable, so the 10 question items are valid. And reability tests showed that Cronbach's Alpha value for 10 questionnaire items was 0.800, greater than 0.7 so this questionnaire was considered to be already reliable. The results of this study showed a measurement of usability on the website of the International Relations study program at University Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jawa Timur by 53 which showed that the website was not yet usable.
