Abstract
PT. PG. Candi Baru is a food factory that processes sugar cane into 1A white crystal sugar as the main product and by-products in the form of molasses, blotong and bagasse. Sugar processing at PT. PG. Candi Baru uses a continuous alkaline sulfitation process, with criteria for grain size, color (ICUMSA), ash content, water content, remission value and SO2 content in accordance with SNI 3140.3:2010. Waste management at PT. PG. The New Temple has been well done. B3 waste and solid waste are processed by third parties, while liquid waste is processed by the factory itself. Implementation of sanitation in PT. PG. Candi Baru has done well, especially environmental sanitation and equipment. The sanitation of workers has not been carried out properly, because the temperature in the processing room is very hot. PT. PG. Candi Baru has implemented Good Agriculture Practice (GAP), Good Handling Product (GHP) well and the application of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) has not met the requirements on employee hygiene aspects
