Abstract
The implementation of on the job training program in the Department of Chemical Engineering is to gain knowledge and practical application in the industrial world. PPSDM Migas Cepu is Oil and Gas industry that provide the practical learning for student. The result of the practical learning is calculation of efficiency fractination column C-2 at refinery unit PPSDM Migas Cepu. The conclusion is that the fractination column still good to operate with the number of efficiency is 81,74%.
