Abstract
Mojokerto is one of the cities in East Java that has various achievements in the field of sports. This is shown by winning medals at several championships in the nearest future (Tokyo 2020 Paralympics, XX Papua PON 2021, East Java Province Peparprov 2021). However, supporting facilities for sports activities, especially in Mojokerto, are still relatively few and inadequate. On the other hand, Mojokerto, which was once the capital of the Majapahit kingdom, has many heritage sites in the form of temples, statues, and traditions that are still maintained by the people of Mojokerto and can be collaborated with modern technology in buildings to preserve local wisdom and improve the existence of architecture. Majapahit. Considering this, a centralized facility is needed for the people of the city of Mojokerto and its surroundings, especially athletes in achievement sports by displaying the side of Majapahit Architecture, in the form of the Mojokerto Sport Center. The Mojokerto Sport Center design concept refers to the Golden Chance theme with a Neo Vernacular architectural approach. The design object is expected to support training activities for certain types of sports for visitors to further increase the motivation of the community to be able to exercise there and improve body fitness as well as grow qualified athletes, as the identity of the area, and further increase the motivation of the community to exercise in that place. implemented using the Comibined Metaphor method to bring out the meaning and purpose of the Sport Center and the existence of Majapahit architecture in the city of Mojokerto
